 Windows 7不僅可以在PC上、筆記本上、Netbook上和服務(wù)器端上運(yùn)行，甚至可以在部分智能手機(jī)上使用。國(guó)外網(wǎng)站AeroXP首先發(fā)現(xiàn)了微軟在其Windows 7頁面上邀請(qǐng)用戶跟隨他們發(fā)布下一代Windows的腳步。也就是說，下一代Windows Mobile，Windows Mobile 7也會(huì)與Windows 7息息相關(guān)。當(dāng)然，微軟官方并非確認(rèn)任何消息。

不過，通過Windows Live和WIndows Mobile的推廣活動(dòng)，微軟似乎正在指出，未來WIndows系統(tǒng)很有可能會(huì)一統(tǒng)PC、筆記本和智能手機(jī)平臺(tái)，而云計(jì)算也會(huì)從Windows 7的火熱中得益。

而從圖中的手機(jī)看來，壁紙也是Betta魚，這說明Windows Mobile 7和Windows 7是代碼共享的。這也說明，此前傳言中的Minwin內(nèi)核確認(rèn)存在，只不過是應(yīng)用在了移動(dòng)平臺(tái)。

此外，Moto的CEO也證實(shí)了此事：“我們依然在使用WIndows Mobile。2009年主要是Windows Mobile 6系列以與Android競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。而到2010年，為了繼續(xù)應(yīng)對(duì)Android的挑戰(zhàn)，我們也會(huì)迎來Windows Mobile 7。”

In fact, Windows 7 could power mobile phones/smartphones as of 2010. At the start of January 2009, Microsoft made available for download the fully-fledged Beta builds of both Windows 7 client and Windows 7 Server (Windows Server 2008 R2). Last month, users got free, unlimited access to the Beta releases, and Windows Server 2008 R2 Beta is still up for grabs, even though Windows 7 client Beta downloads were discontinued. But despite millions of Windows 7 installations, there is a face of the operating system that testers have so far not been able to see. Except on the Windows 7 official hotspot on Microsoft.com, where the software giant has posted an image “Presenting... Windows 7” which clearly shows a smartphone running Windows 7, or at least featuring the Windows 7 official Beta wallpaper, with the indistinguishable Betta fish.
