 微軟今日發(fā)出警告，某些用戶在從Vista升級(jí)到Windows7失敗后會(huì)導(dǎo)致無(wú)休止的重啟循環(huán)。軟件巨頭目前尚未指出導(dǎo)致此問(wèn)題的具體原因，但好在提供了臨時(shí)的解決方法。

微軟KB知識(shí)庫(kù)中的文章,此問(wèn)題影響包括Vista RTM、Vista SP1和Vista SP2在內(nèi)的所有Vista系統(tǒng)。

當(dāng)用戶試圖從Vista升級(jí)到Windows 7時(shí)，安裝程序可能會(huì)提示如下錯(cuò)誤：
“This version of Windows could not be installed, Your previous version of Windows has been restored, and you can continue to use it."

但是重啟機(jī)器后依舊會(huì)提示此信息。

微軟稱此問(wèn)題是由于Vista的啟動(dòng)項(xiàng)文件BCD被Windows 7安裝程序修改導(dǎo)致。

目前僅有手動(dòng)解決方法：

* 放進(jìn)Windows Vista安裝光盤(pán)
* 開(kāi)始菜單 - 所有程序 - 附件 - 命令提示符
* 右鍵命令提示符 - 以管理員身份運(yùn)行
* 輸入如下命令并回車(chē)

光驅(qū)盤(pán)符:\boot\Bootsect.exe /NT60 All

* 重啟系統(tǒng)
